The Role Reporting directly to the VP Global Market Access you will help develop and execute market access strategies for Pharmanovia. You’ll be working cross functionally and in collaboration with partners to ensure we secure optimal reimbursement and realise the maximum commercial potential of current and future Pharmanovia products in the ever-developing market access environment. You will also support the reimbursement submissions/approvals process, ensuring health economic analysis and health outcome analysis are prepared and building product value proposition for payers. Your actions will enhance the effectiveness of the sales and marketing teams and further develop the reputation of Pharmanovia as an agile and imaginative specialty pharma business that brings high value products to stakeholders and as a preferred partner for innovator pharma companies. Main Responsibilities And Duties Along with the VP Global Market Access, execute on the Market Access Strategy. Support pricing and reimbursement for all key Pharmanovia products, ensuring timely price and reimbursement submissions. Work with global medical and commercial functions to support the development of value propositions and messages tailored to multiple stakeholders including payers, clinicians, pharmacists and policy makers. Project support (including day to day management) for national HTA submissions, and pricing strategies working closely with regional stakeholder managers to ensure optimal patient access to new and existing Pharmanovia products. Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Development. Maintain strong compliance with all relevant internal policies, compliance and legal requirements. To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Need Solid commercial background with at least 3-5 years of experience in Market Access within pharmaceuticals/healthcare. In-depth understanding of payers and their value drivers in major EU markets as well as trends in pricing and reimbursement. Experience with clinical data gap analysis and development of GVD is an advantage, as well as health economics insight and experience. Knowledge regarding pricing and reimbursement environment, experience with reimbursement dossier submission is advantageous. Ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking and data analytic skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and cross functional teamwork skills.
