Position: Full-Time SEN Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Nene Education Trust SEN Schools
Pay: £83.85 per day
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored for SEN students
- Work with individual students and small groups to support their learning and development
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Employ patience and understanding when managing challenging behaviours
- Help prepare and organize educational materials
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Experience in primary education, particularly in SEN settings, is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Patience and resilience in handling challenging behaviours
- A strong commitment to student growth and well-being
