Main duties of the job We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist, who is an independent prescriber, to improve the quality and safety of care offered to patients. They will have regular contact with patients and will support our GP's and ANP's in the practice. They will also aid in the support in the management of patients with long-term conditions.
