The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates with prior hotel experience, ideally from a Food & Beverage (F&B) background, who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. High standards of customer service are essential, and the role requires candidates with their own transport due to the location and work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the day-to-day operations across reception, F&B, and housekeeping
2. Leading senior management meetings alongside the Senior Management Team
3. Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and COSHH regulations
4. Engaging with guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring a positive experience
5. Taking a hands-on approach to F&B services for internal and external guests
6. Assisting with recruitment, training, and development of staff members
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in F&B management within a hotel environment
2. A good understanding of reception and housekeeping operations
3. Ability to motivate teams and build strong working relationships
4. Professional presentation, reflecting the high standards of the hotel
5. Access to personal transport to commute easily to the hotel
