We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator to work in a busy office for a well established and respected Commercial Construction business based in Leicester.

An exciting opportunity to enhance the online presence of the business with the use of a variety of social media tools, and to develop their existing website, as well as working with the wider team to generally promote the business.
Responsibilities Creating case studies for use in trade publications, brochures and the website.
Website maintenance
- create marketing copy and update news and case studies.
Social media management – create and execute strategy, write and deliver engaging content across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Youtube) Create and manage marketing campaigns and general PR.
Email campaigns
- assist during the creation of e-mailers, including newsletters.
Photograph sites at significant milestones and on completion.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months in a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator role Required Skills Ability to write accurate, imaginative copy and communicate across all mediums with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media, social networking and email marketing.
Computer proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (desirable) as well as Canva An eye for photography and video.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Excellent strong communication skills.
Highly resilient with a can do attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
This will be primarily an office based role, with the opportunity to go out on site to take creative photographs to marketing purposes, and to get a real feel for the quality of work the business undertakes.
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary to £30k, depending on experience
