To identify new business opportunities for the organisation Provide a structured and timely candidate attraction cycle for specific candidate pools. Acknowledging candidate applications via either email or phone. Establish structured and timely attraction models to provide best practice service levels for candidates. Undertake detailed interviews with candidates to establish individual requirements career wise. Updating CRM system with candidate details and checking for correct documentation in line with GDPR regulations Managing the referencing process for candidates who work for the agency Keep abreast of current market trends and news within the accountancy sector. Be able to advise on CVs with candidates to highlight key achievements and USP’s Proactive work towards a specific shortlist for role requirements thorough detailed selection in line with the brief. Provide effect after care and feedback for candidates within recruitment process. Manage the extensive database of active/passive candidates with structured contact. Agree and deliver on candidate service levels for all candidates who are registered. Actively market specific candidates across a variety of channels in line with GDPR.
