Role Summary:
We are seeking an Engineering Lead - Facilities to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our site services. This role involves managing key systems, including electrical, gas, compressed air, water, buildings, and safety equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilities Management: Maintain seamless operation of site services. Oversee electrical, gas, water, and safety systems, ensuring contract compliance.
* Health & Safety: Promote health and safety practices, train engineers, conduct risk assessments, and lead accident investigations.
* Leadership: Effectively communicate at all levels, encourage team collaboration, and drive improvements.
* Utilities & Production: Ensure maximum availability of utilities, maintain compliance, report efficiencies, and minimise disruptions.
* Maintenance: Plan and execute maintenance schedules. Maintain tidy and safe work areas.
* SAP Administration: Manage SAP operations, including order processing and budget tracking.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure contractors adhere to quality standards and maintain audit-ready records.
* Training: Identify training needs, coach team members, and address skill gaps.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, ideally within a food environment.
* Familiarity with facilities and systems management.
* City & Guilds 236 parts 1, 2, & 3; 18th Edition Electrical Regulations.
* Proficiency with SAP systems.
