Our Client is looking for an Administrator/Credit Control to join their dedicated team.
This role will involve supporting a busy office in general administration and managing the credit control for the company. Working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5) hours per week.
Duties of the role:
* Answering telephone calls and directing them to the required person/department.
* Meet deadlines and follow up on open enquires.
* Putting together and sending out quotations for work.
* Collect and issue Invoices.
* Reducing current outstanding debtors balance.
* Monitor and report on aged debtors reports weekly or as required.
* File and organise paperwork.
* Chase payment using the telephone, email and mail.
* Greet any visitors coming to the office.
* Respond to any queries and issues raised via email.
* Prepare reports.
* Reconcile problem accounts.
* Work to maintain customer relations.
You must:
* Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Be organised and efficient.
* Have experience working with others and supporting a team.
* Demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
* Display strong attention to detail.
* Be computer literate and have a good understanding of numeracy.
* Have experience using Sage ideally
* Have a UK Drivers licence and access to your own transport due to the location.
Based in a village outside of Bicester this role offers a salary up to £30,000 pa depending on experience, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus the Xmas shut down.
