Territory Sales Manager – ENT (Scotland)
We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team! This role offers a chance to join Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing ENT division, supporting surgical specialties with a portfolio of capital, consumables, and disposables.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be part of a successful sales team dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes. Your responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, providing excellent customer service, and developing relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders.
The territory covers Scotland and North East England. Ideally, the manager resides within this territory.

Requirements include:
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or related degree/experience
* Proven success in medical device and capital sales

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of NHS/private medical sectors is a plus
* English language proficiency
* Valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
