The Role:
As a Panel Beater at Steer Automotive, you will:
* Repair and replace body panels, restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition
* Utilize advanced repair equipment and ensure all work meets BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards
* Work closely with a collaborative team of technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs), and customer service advisors to deliver high-quality repairs
About You:
* Proven experience in an accident repair bodyshop as a panel beater or multi-skilled technician
* ATA or NVQ qualifications are highly advantageous; we support certification renewals for our team members
