Overview Learning & Development Specialist | Chichester | West Sussex | Salary: £40,000-45,000 | Plus Benefits We are on the search for a creative and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join our People team in Chichester, West Sussex. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training content for our manager population, as well as providing general training sessions for our colleagues at all levels across the business. You'll also play a key role in driving forward wellbeing & diversity training through learning programs. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Content Creation & Development: Design and curate dynamic, interactive training content that caters to both managers and operations staff. Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging, proactive training sessions, ensuring that they are tailored to the needs of managers and other employees across the organisation. Engagement & Interaction: Deliver training in a way that fosters interaction, discussion, and active participation, using a variety of methods such as presentations, group exercises, and multimedia tools. Wellbeing & Diversity Initiatives: Collaborate with HR and other departments to incorporate wellbeing activities and diversity-driven content into the learning programs. Continuous Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training and continuously refine content and delivery methods Ad-hoc Support: Assist with various Learning & Development projects and initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and any other employee development activities as required.
