The Role
In this role, you will be working on a range of housing litigation matters for housing association and local authority clients. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload with support when needed. The work includes residential possession claims, civil injunctions, housing disrepair, and anti-social behaviour, to name a few areas.
The Candidate
The firm believes this role will suit a candidate who is ideally between NQ to 3 years' PQE. Public sector experience is advantageous but not essential. This level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants, and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
