The role also includes coordinating and minuting meetings, designing and creating marketing materials, organising high-profile school events, and supporting the Leadership Team with administrative tasks. Additionally, the PA will coordinate and produce staff and parent/carer bulletins, proofread and refine documentation, maintain efficient filing systems, and liaise with key stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the school.

They will possess excellent secretarial skills, a strong command of the English language (including accurate spelling, punctuation, and grammar), and expertise with the Microsoft suite of applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher. Substantial experience in a similar role and the ability to maintain very high professional standards, including confidentiality and discretion, are essential. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills, warmth, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm, self-assured, and composed in all situations are crucial for success in this role.
If you have the experience, knowledge, and skills to succeed, then we would like to hear from you.

* the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
* a proactive and adaptable approach, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of spelling, punctuation, and grammar
* strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
* a genuine commitment and passion for working in a school environment with secondary school learners
In return for your commitment, we can offer:

* the opportunity to make a real difference
* students who “enjoy their lessons”, “behave exceptionally well” and “show respect for each other”
* personalised CPD with a strong commitment to professional growth
* an inspiring and enthusiastic team of colleagues across the teaching and associate staff
* a very calm and orderly school with high expectations and an ethos of trust and care
