We're looking for a reliable and organised Construction Site Administrator to join our clients team on a busy construction site in Yeovil. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous admin experience, ideally within construction, to play a key role in supporting site operations. You'll work closely with site managers, contractors, suppliers, and head office to ensure smooth operations and excellent record-keeping.
This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established contractor with ongoing projects across the south west.
The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.
Key Responsibilities for a Construction Site Administrator:
* General administrative support to the site management team
* Managing paperwork, site records, and filing systems
* Logging deliveries and maintaining site registers
* Assisting with timesheets, induction paperwork, and site documentation
* Coordinating meetings and taking minutes where necessary
* Ensuring health & safety documentation is up to date
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience (construction background is a plus)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Reliable and punctual
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (some flexibility may be required)
Pay: £14.00 per hour
