Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the paraplanning team, delegating workload effectively
2. Oversee research, investment solutions, and cashflow forecasting to produce high-quality suitability reports
3. Act as the key liaison between paraplanning, administration, and senior management teams
4. Participate in Investment Committee meetings and help manage the firm's central investment proposition
5. Deliver technical expertise to advisers and keep the team updated on industry changes and regulatory developments
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
7. Conduct whole-of-market research on platforms, SIPPs, and funds
What We're Looking For
1. At least 4 years of paraplanning experience, with leadership exposure in an IFA firm
2. Chartered (or close to Chartered) qualification via CII preferred
3. Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and estate planning
4. Experience using FE Analytics, Voyant, CashCalc, and Xplan
5. A confident leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
6. A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and organisational skills
