When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.

Join the Evolution:
In this position, you’ll be joining the Supply Chain team, reporting directly to Head of Supply Chain. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing the S&OP process ensuring that all risks and opportunities have been captured when establishing a supply and demand plan to support the business.
* Managing the monthly demand consensus process and ensuring forecasts accurately reflect the latest demand plan by month and by category.
* Lead demand review meetings, providing insights on forecast accuracy, demand drivers, and potential risks or opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse historical data, market trends, and customer insights to develop demand plan for various product lines.
* Create the supply and demand plan to ensure accurate level of inventory is planned to fulfil customers' orders.
* Ability to utilise scenario planning techniques such as Bias and MAPE.
* Monitors inventory and production schedule to highlight areas of concern ensuring that appropriate actions are being taken.
* Generation of ideas to improve inventory turns.
* Understanding of throughput issues at supply base.
* Track record of achievement and proven ability to manage supplier base to reduce lead-times and cost where possible.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies and procedures to optimise purchasing processes and streamline operations.
* Management of placing of Purchase Orders in a timely fashion.
* Co-ordination of shortages with appropriate escalation.
* Key player in feedback for supplier QBR’s.
* High level of proficiency in ERP.
* Cost control management techniques used to drive company performance.
* Understanding of inventory and management of it to support company objectives.
* Day to day management of a small team, including goals & objectives reviews, 1-2-1's, identifying training gaps, supporting career development plans and absence management.
* Support the Head of Supply Chain in meetings and on projects, as required.
* Provision of weekly/monthly reporting around KPI’s and dashboard.
* Inventory and stock management.
* Has experience of managing a small team of people.

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience in Supply chain Management. We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience of demand planning / procurement experience with a solid understanding of both planning and procurement processes.
* Can create process maps and understands ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ requirements and the steps needed to drive ‘To Be’ moving forward.
* Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
* Ability to assess and communicate on impact to the wider business and overall strategy with all levels of the business including interactions at senior levels in the company.
* Experience in an ERP system, especially around PO placement and materials management.
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong IT skills including being an advanced user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to work across multiple applications simultaneously.
* Strong customer service skills and understands the importance of supporting key stakeholders.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Great team player.
* Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment.
* Ability to work under pressure whilst carrying out multiple tasks.
