We are committed to ensuring that victims of medical accidents obtain fair and proper redress. The Role We are looking to expand our team and add to the clinical negligence expertise in our offices. Based in Norwich, you will be supporting the team with clinical negligence cases. Ideally, you will have experience of working within a law firm and have a genuine interest in this area of law. We are looking for candidates with a willingness to learn and develop, good social skills and plenty of drive and enthusiasm to help us provide a first-class client service. Knowledge, skills and experience required In order to have the skills we require for this position you should: work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to meet tight deadlines have strong drafting skills be able to analyse and translate complex information to our clients in simple terms possess great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your tasks and keep the fee earners you work with updated on progress of tasks. be able to use your own initiative, questioning instructions at the outset understand and exercise attention to detail and the importance of getting things right first time have excellent written and verbal communication skills understand your part of the process and what is required from you in the role be self-motivated and understand when it is appropriate to seek assistance with the task you have been set be curious enough to challenge and ask questions We support clients across the country so you may need the flexibility to travel and visit our clients in their homes on occasion. We offer a hybrid working model which allows flexibility. You will however, be expected to attend the office frequently at the outset of your contract to ensure that you receive appropriate training and support.
