Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, answering a range of queries in relation to their orders.
You will be taking orders and processing them on the system and will be the main point of contact for support and guidance during the process.
The role will also include maintaining records and the database alongside general administrative duties.
The Successful Applicant
Previous order processing/customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
An excellent team player.
