Frankie Says is looking for a highly organised, bubbly, outgoing, and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our short-let properties, delivering exceptional service to both guests and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing prompt, professional, and friendly communication.
* Manage utilities and essential services to ensure properties remain fully operational.
* Oversee guest arrivals and departures, ensuring guests' experience is enhanced, including making check-in calls prior to arrival.
* Assist with cleaning rota, special requirements, inventory, and stock management.
* Onboard new properties, ensuring all details are uploaded accurately to the website.
* Conduct property inspections, identifying and reporting any issues with maintenance, cleanliness, or suggesting improvements.
* Maintain inventory levels, purchasing supplies when necessary.
Participate in an emergency phone rota to assist with urgent guest or property issues.
Ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication, admin, and customer service skills (not necessarily from the same sector).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in hospitality, property management, facilities management, maintenance, or operations is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience using spreadsheets, Breezeway, Slack, and Guesty is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
Other relevant information:
* This role is office-based five days a week. Please note there is no flexibility with hybrid working due to the nature of the role.
* You will be required to participate in the on-call rota to deal with emergencies (every 2-3 weeks) from 6pm until 8pm during weekdays and 9am to 8pm during weekends.
* You will have a 24/7 virtual communication team that will assist and handle guest enquiries.
PACKAGE
* Salary between £25-£27K per annum, depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.
* 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), increases with length of service.
