As the Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of our established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our franchise owner and an amazing team of Care Coordinators, Senior Caregivers and Caregivers.
What you’ll do:
● Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
● Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating
● Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
● Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
● Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
● Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
● Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
● Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
● Support business growth and meet commercial targets
Qualifications:
● NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
● Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
● Proven leadership in care management
● Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
● Right to work full-time in the UK
