As a Macdonalds Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.

Outline Job Description:
* Self-starter and manage the tasks of the department
* Creating maintenance schedules and managing tasks.
* Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work.
* Performing minor on-site repairs.
* Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required.
* Discuss maintenance concerns with your line manager.
* Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs
* Developing maintenance budgets, hiring maintenance crew and negating vendor contracts
* Controlling and monitoring inventory
* Coordinating work performed by outside vendors
This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.

Salary/Pay:£35,000 - £40,000 per year
