Job summary Working Well is commissioned by Essex County Council and sits within the Essex Wellbeing Service. This fast paced, innovative programme supports the national and local agenda around health, wellbeing and health inequalities, ensuring that the Essex population is healthy and productive. The pilot project will align with the Essex County Council Wellbeing, Public Health and Communities Business Plan and Everyone's Essex Plan, by helping people to live healthy lifestyles by reducing prevalence of the leading risk factors that contribute to ill health and premature mortality. This new, fixed term post, requires high level project management knowledge and experience of implementing and delivering a programme that coordinates multiple workstreams with a range of key stakeholders, to deliver an innovative digital health checks project, that will run alongside existing services. Main duties of the job The post holder will need to ensure smooth execution, facilitation and monitoring of the project, that is delivered effectively in line with the organisations guidance for managing projects and PMO project assurance processes. The post holder will also need to have a good working knowledge of Essex and will need to have a clean driving license and access to a vehicle to visit various sites across the County, on a regular basis.
