Part-Time Office Manager
We have registered a brilliant new opportunity for a Part-Time Office Manager to join our client within the creative industry. This is a newly created role which will support the business's administrative and building management needs.
Position Details
This part-time role will be 2 days per week, with one of those days to be worked in their brand-new office space.
Responsibilities
1. Facilities management across two sites
2. Maintenance of office equipment
3. Ordering office supplies
4. Managing incoming and outgoing post
5. Managing the freelancer timesheet approvals process
6. Administering HR processes including salary sacrifice scheme, death in service, and health insurance

Experience Essentials
This role requires strong skills in facilities and office management, including overseeing maintenance, supplies, and IT systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling financial tasks such as managing timesheets, expenses, and liaising with accountants, as well as HR duties like employee onboarding and benefits administration. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth office operations.
Location
Our client is based in OX5 and due to the nature of the role you will be expected in the office one day per week.
