We currently have an opening for a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team. THE ROLE Marketing Administrator - Glasgow Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced administrator with a passion for marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting a dynamic and busy team whilst playing a key role in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Support: Assist the in-house marketing team with the delivery of digital marketing activities including social media administration and performance reporting, helping to ensure timely execution of campaigns. Content Management: Assist the team with creating compelling marketing content including but not limited to adverts, people profiles, blog posts, website updates and internal updates. Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling of marketing related activity including photoshoots and team meetings, manage marketing inboxes and CRM data support. Document Management: Maintain and update internal marketing documents and ensure consistency across all documentation including storage and files. Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of promotional materials and coordinate the distribution of marketing assets to AAB offices and team members. Email Marketing: Support with marketing, event and client email communications. Cross-functional Collaboration: As a member of the AAB Marketing Team there will be a requirement to assist the marketing, events and business development team with additional tasks and projects as they arise. Qualifications: Higher Grade/A Level or equivalent. Relevant work experience or study in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Detail oriented with strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient use of Knowledge of MS Office packages and Teams. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced/growth environment. Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms and content management systems (CMS). WordPress desired but not essential. Experience of using social media for business and/or other marketing or creative platforms. Platforms ranging from including Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, HubSpot are desired but not essential. Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and team members. A proactive and positive attitude to problem solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
