E-Grocery Senior National Account Manager

Job Description
Primary Goals and Objectives
* Work closely with the Ecommerce Controller to implement our online execution strategy across our top 4 retailers.
* Drive profitable growth for both JDE and our top 4 retailers, increasing our online market share ahead of in-store sales.
* Plan, develop, and execute a joint business plan (JBP) with our top 4 retailers.
* Collaborate with retailers to optimize product listings and enhance their online presence.
* Act as a thought leader in our online value creation and the delivery of our online grocery roadmap.
* Serve as the primary contact and online strategy expert for our customers.
* Own our online execution plans, ensuring alignment with in-store strategies.
* Measure and analyze online media activities to ensure strong ROI.
* Work with Digital Marketing and agencies (e.g., Havas) to execute sponsored search campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
* Manage CASA KPIs across top 4 accounts to ensure effective online execution fundamentals.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Competencies
* Graduate level education or equivalent.
* 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG account management, with a focus on online accounts.
* Proven experience in developing new relationships and partnerships.
* Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication abilities.
* Experience in delivering joint business plans (JBP).
* Knowledge of retailer systems such as DH.
* Willingness to travel and be mobile.
* Excellent command of English.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Legal right to live and work in the UK.

Over the next five years, online sales are expected to become the largest growth driver for both the category and JDE. To capitalize on this, we have created a new role—Online Senior National Account Manager—to lead our online strategy for our top retailers and work with our account teams to execute a comprehensive omnichannel approach.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Controller, you will be part of the Ecommerce Team within the wider Sales function, working closely with our top retailer teams to align online and in-store strategies.
