Technical Case Manager - Household - Salar y circa £35000 Are you someone who has a good foundation in Household property claims and a keen focus on progressing your technical handling skills and knowledge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Household Case Manager on the Property Major and Complex loss team. A bit about the job: Our new colleague will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of large and complex household property claims, handling complex and large property claims over £100K end to end. The role will utilise your technical knowledge, application of the law, understanding of FOS outcomes and our claims philosophies and standards to deliver timely, customer-focussed and cost-efficient outcomes. You'll be assigned a buddy once you join the team, who will work with you to support you in this new role as you develop your skills and handling ability Skills and experience we're looking for: Strong technical knowledge - In depth understanding of property insurance policies, coverage interpretation, and claims assessment. Ability to manage complex and high value property claims, ensuring thorough investigations and fair settlements.
