As a Change Management Lead, you will lead the Changeernance Team that helps ensure decision-making, accountability, and reporting are consistent across all levels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive greater efficiency and a higher likelihood of success in achieving the desired oues, as well as identifying and supporting continuous business improvement opportunities. Your role will involve enhancing the way we work to improve quality and reducing cost, driving best practice.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit to join their team. Please read on!You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Shifts:
Monday – Friday ( hours per week) The must-haves:
1. Experience of programme and project management delivery.
2. Significant exposure toerning and managing change.
3. The ability to authoritatively scrutinise approaches such as baselining plans and scope, change management, risk and issue management, dependency management.
4. Previous experience in maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
The good to haves:
5. Telmunications experience is desired.
6. Knowledge of data visualisation tools is desired.
Key responsibilities
7. To develop a Changeernance operating model framework within CTO, defining accountabilities and clear objectives.
8. Assurance of appropriate costing of change, the identified drivers of change and explore whether alternatives have been explored.
9. To lead the team and steer regular weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings to monitor quality and improve achievement of CTO OKR’s.
10. To lead on developing processes and procedures across the business in relation to Changeernance.
11. To monitor performance against standards, milestones, including OKRs and broader performance metrics.
12. Data analytics: identifying trends and obtaining key insights
13. Support escalations where priority projects make changes that significantly delay the delivery of what matters most to the CTO.
14. Providing insight to support Senior Management decision-making and Portfolio Management.

16. A day rate, in-scope IR35, £ per day (via a Hays approved umbrellapany) or via Hays PAYE, £ per day
17. This role provides remote working access from theforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Reading, up to 3 times per week.
