Novospecialises in delivering professional quantity surveying, planning, and dispute services to UK Contractors within the construction sector. We are looking to appoint an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to support our continued growth and play a key role in identifying new opportunities and expanding our client network.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident and strategic relationship builder with a passion for business development and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients
3. Work closely with internal teams to develop bespoke proposals and bid submissions
4. Represent Novo at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
