Merchant Services Account Manager – Exciting growth opportunity for a Merchant Specialist
Salary: Up to £35K (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (the more you sell, the more you earn!)
Are you a driven, organised, and highly ambitious merchant services professional with a proven track record in closing deals and exceeding targets?

We are looking for a Merchant Services Account Manager who is ready to take ownership and eventually lead the department.You will be:
* Closing deals from leads generated by our openers
* Selling into our existing client base of over 16,000 customers while generating new business through referrals and networking, a prime opportunity to accelerate your sales success and fast track your career progression into leadership.
* Helping to develop people and processes within the merchant services team
* Working towards a leadership role, with a clear path to becoming Head of Department in the future
What you’ll be doing
* Closing deals and hitting targets with inbound leads from our openers
* Selling to our existing clients and generating new business through referrals. Plus cross selling into our ever expanding client base.
* Building and managing a strong pipeline of clients
* Working closely with acquisition account managers to ensure seamless lead conversion
* Developing strategies to scale the merchant services team and refining processes.
* Preparing to step into leadership and helping shape the future of the team.
What we’re looking for
* Minimum of two years’ experience in B2B Merchant Services sales - this is essential
* A merchant specialist with a strong track record in closing deals and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, results driven mindset with the ambition to progress into leadership
* Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to new sales processes and CRM systems
* A team player with a hunger for success and the drive to help grow the business
