What You'll Be Doing Commercial Support - Partnering with the GM and HODs to support financial decision-making, manage risks, and drive budgeted sales, PBIT, and margin. Financial Analysis - Providing proactive insights using E15 Insights dashboards on sales, costs, and labour efficiency. Financial Control - Overseeing processes like invoicing, cash reporting, credit card reconciliations, and budget planning. Performance Monitoring - Tracking key metrics (GP%, Labour to Sales ratio, unit margin %) and providing monthly financial reviews. Strategic Influence - Attending client finance meetings, supporting future planning, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Relationship Management - Collaborating effectively across finance and operational teams, while also mentoring finance apprentices. What We're Looking For Part-qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with solid management accounting experience. Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work with non-finance professionals, translating complex data into clear insights. Commercial acumen - balancing competing deadlines, driving financial efficiency, and ensuring business profitability.
