Our Client: A leading provider of residential and educational support to children, is looking to appoint a Registered Manager to work in their Mablethorpe Home.
Working in a Children's Home means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life, being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home environment supports both staff and young people, fostering a secure, safe, and motivated atmosphere. There will be challenges along the way, but also small moments that feel like huge victories!
Our client's homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Their aim is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in their care through a holistic service that addresses every aspect of their developmental needs. With support from Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and other clinical team members, they achieve positive outcomes through a joined-up service in SEND.
What Our Client Offers:
* Salary: Base salary of £50,000 - £55,000

By managing the day-to-day operations in the home and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements, you enable young people to reclaim their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults - an incredibly rewarding role. You will actively be involved with new referrals, confident that you will be providing a home in the UK's leading provider of specialist education and care.
Experience Required:
* Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
