About the role of a Utility Site Supervisor
Our client is looking to hire a Site Supervisor, who has prior and relatively good knowledge with utilities: Gas, Water, Electricity, and Communication Assets. Attention to detail will help you stand out as you will need to be writing documentation, such as: Documents for ITP's, RAMS, WPP's, etc.
Responsibilities for a Utility Site Supervisor
The candidate who is successful following the hiring process will be responsible for:
* Writing documentation required for ITP's, RAMS, WPP's, etc.
* Ensuring all health and safety practices are monitored and adhered to effectively and correctly at all stages of the project.
* Documenting and recording a Daily Site diary, which should include changes, variations, site attendance, use of materials, and record of deliveries.
* Managing ITP's and ensuring they are agreed and completed accordingly.
* Management of Health and Safety on site.
* Managing staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements for a Utility Site Supervisor
A competent and standout Site Supervisor will be able to demonstrate:
* A clear history of dealing with utilities and knowledge of best practices.
* Knowledge and understanding of working towards construction contracts.
* Valid CSCS Gold or Black.
* SMSTS.
* First Aid Qualified.
* Ability to run a site with confidence.
