We are now looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships and driving sales revenue within key accounts.
Ensuring customer satisfaction, you will build and maintain long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for revenue and margin growth and leading onsite production testing of solutions.
You will also monitor key account performance, prepare sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management.
Additionally, you will:
- Build great client relationships and book meetings via phone
- Undertake geographical meeting planning
- Attend frequent on-site, Teams, and phone meetings with clients
- Develop strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer retention
- Serve as the escalation point for account-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company solutions
- Handle sales administration
About You
To be considered as a National Key Account Manager, you will need:
- Extensive successful experience in a similar national B2B key account role
- Technical curiosity
- The ability to retain and develop large accounts, generate additional revenue and margin growth
- The ability to articulate complex product solutions in a simple and persuasive manner
- Proven negotiation skills
- A full, valid driving licence
