About the company
My client is a Rail & Civil Engineering contractor who has seen brilliant growth in the last couple of years and wants to see this continue. They have built a great nationwide reputation as a family-run business with the owner still being the MD. Currently operating at a turnover of £85M, they have established a strong client base dealing directly with the likes of Network Rail, London Underground, and TFL. They act as both a sub-contractor and a main contractor within the industry and expect to be turning over £100M by 2026. They are multi-disciplined and cover several sectors within rail such as P-way, OLE, reactive works, rail electrification, communications, and infrastructure. The projects they get involved in can vary in price from £10,000 to £25M.
