Sales Administrator with Languages Our client is a leading manufacturer of anilox rollers and sleeves, supplying the Flexo and offset printing markets over 80 countries worldwide. They are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their extremely successful and motivated sales team. The role The role can be very diversified and requires a highly organised person with excellent attention to detail. As there will be a great deal or liaison with customers and suppliers in this role you will need to demonstrate a passion for the delivery of high-level customer service and have excellent communication skills. Main duties: Managing an existing portfolio of accounts as well as developing and growing the account base Liaising with customers Supplying technical information, pricing and order information Processing orders from customers Advise customers on any shipment delays etc. Maintain quotation logs and follow up periodically to maximise conversion to orders Carry out periodic marketing campaigns to specific market sectors Market research to find key customers/competitors Compile information/mailing relevant prospects Candidate Profile Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills Languages will be a distinct advantage Sales experience with a technical product is an advantage but no necessary as full training is provided Able to work on own initiative and able to prioritise workload Independent and able to work within a team Excellent computer skills Package Salary negotiable 22 days holidays Flexible Working Hours from Monday to Friday.
