As our Global Supply Chain Integrity Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence by managing and analyzing quality assurance processes across multiple modes of transport (air, sea, road). You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes of issues, initiate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role can be based in Europe or the Americas. Your Responsibilities - Oversee the cross-BU (air, sea, road) CAPA (Corrective andPreventive Actions) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes to ensure highstandards of quality for our healthcare clients. - Request input on root causes and corrective actions frominternal teams, suppliers, and clients; validate this information againstestablished processes within the transportation supply chain. - Craft detailed responses on CAPA/RCA topics for keyhealthcare customers, ensuring complete engagement until issues are fullyresolved. - Work closely with all involved parties to track and completecorrective actions for identified issues. - Lead the analysis of CAPA/RCA trends and initiate correctiveactions for repetitive issues, collaborating with agreed interface partners forimprovement. - Spearhead specific performance improvement projectsidentified through trend analysis, KPI evaluations, and performance metrics. - Take on additional responsibilities in quality assurance,such as lane-risk assessments and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) reviewand corrective actions, as the role evolves. Your Skills and Experiences - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, BusinessAdministration, or equivalent work experience. - At least 3 years in the Logistics and Transportationsector, with a focus on Airfreight, Seafreight or Roadfreight operations. - Proven experience in a customer-facing role in Logistics,ideally with healthcare clients. - Strong background in quality management, particularly forhealthcare customers. - A quality-focused and analytical mindset with a proactive,self-driven approach to managing work. - Ability to validate and challenge information received fromoperations and suppliers by considering the broader transportation supplychain. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with theability to interact effectively across various hierarchical levels and interestgroups globally. - High proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, experiencewith KuehneNagel's TMS and TIP systems. - Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additionallanguage skills are a plus.
