This is an exciting time to join our central HR team as we expand our reward function to support our growing business. We're evolving our reward offering, introducing Total Reward Statements, undertaking a job levelling project, supporting on all employee and discretionary share schemes, and expanding our wellbeing offering. This role plays a key part in ensuring our reward provision remains competitive, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
What you'll be doing
As a Reward Analyst, you'll work on a mix of business-as-usual and cyclical reward activities, together with any ad-hoc projects, supporting our reward agenda through data analysis, process improvements, and guidance to other HR colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pay review and bonus activity, ensuring data accuracy and managing key reporting requirements
Supporting annual salary survey submissions, gathering and analysing external benchmarking data to keep our reward offering competitive
Developing and maintaining reward policies, guidelines, and processes, ensuring HR teams have up-to-date information
Providing meaningful insight from large data sets, working closely with HR Systems and Payroll to ensure robust data for reward decision-making
Owning and maintaining our reward dashboard, ensuring accurate and accessible information
Assisting with the implementation of new reward initiatives, such as new benefits supporting wellbeing
Advising HR teams on reward-related queries, ensuring consistent and fair application of reward practices
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Payroll, to optimise reward-related reporting and insightsWhat we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You don't need to be a reward expert, but you should be confident working with large data sets and keen to develop in this field.
Essential skills & experience:
Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with large volumes of data and drawing meaningful insights
Advanced Excel skills - high level of proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, VLookUps and data manipulation
Attention to detail - ensuring data accuracy and high-quality reporting
Problem-solving mindset - able to identify issues, propose solutions, and communicate effectively
Stakeholder management - able to build relationships across HR, Payroll, and Finance
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data clearlyDesirable (but not essential) experience:
Prior exposure to Reward, HR systems, HR or Payroll
Experience working with salary surveys, job evaluation, or benefits administration
