HR Manager - Up to £46,000 per annum - Urgent Requirement AJ Chambers are pleased to be supporting a group based in Rayleigh. You will be heading up Finance for 2 sites, this is a standalone role, overseeing a payroller. They are looking for a motivated individual to take over the role, streamline and expand upon the process' they already have in place. Recruitment Manage the end to end recruitment process; preparing job descriptions, job advertisements, candidate screening and pre-employment checks. Induction procedures, probationary reviews and managing leavers Overseeing Payroll Oversee and support the Payroll/ Pension function. Ensuring the data is correct and reconciled Compliance Ensure staff personnel files and contracts are properly maintained, secured and that data is handled in accordance with statutory provisions, GDPR policies and the groups policies Consultancy Where needed, support line managers in performance management processes Support the management of employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers Provide training to relevant stakeholders in relation of HR & Personnel support and management Projects & Analytical Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation To collate key data relating to HR matters in preparation for audits, this will include the consistently reviewing of the groups central records to ensure compliance with any statutory changes or developments required The Candidate CIPD Level 5 qualification ideally, or working towards Knowledge of Payroll is desirable Knowledge of SAGE 50 desirable The Package Up to £46,000 per annum Pension Able to work part time during school holidays 25 days plus bank holidays 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday This is an urgent requirement so please apply ASAP should you wish to be considered.
