Psychology Tools (psychologytools.com) is a subscription-based platform providing evidence-based therapy resources for clinical professionals. We are growing fast and looking to expand our digital marketing function within marketing and business development. This role is based in our Reading office near Reading Station.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to grow and engage our online subscriber base. We're looking for adata-driven, creative marketerwith2+ years of experiencein digital campaign execution, customer acquisition, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, paid media (PPC, social ads), email, content marketing, and affiliate channels to acquire and retain subscribers.
* SEO & Organic Growth: Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Paid Advertising: Manage & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
* Content & Social Media: Collaborate on content strategies to attract & engage target audiences.
* Email Marketing: Build & execute email automation campaigns to enhance engagement & reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value..
* Conversion, Engagement & Retention Optimization: Work with designers & developers to improve landing pages & funnels and user experiences to improve conversion rates.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track & analyse and report on performance using analytics tools & CRM platforms.
Skills and experience
* 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in a subscription-based business.
* Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing (including video), paid acquisition & email marketing.
* Experience with analytics, CRM tools & marketing automation.
* Social media expertise for audience growth & engagement.
* Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools.
* Financial acumen, a high level of literacy and strong communication skills.
* The ability to work and problem-solve independently, with a conscientious approach to work.
* A self-starter with a desire to use initiative and proactively suggest improvements.

* FTE range is £30-40k per annum, based on experience
* 25 days holiday + national holidays.
