We’re looking for a passionate
and organised Administration Assistant to join the Team! We have ambitious and
exciting plans coupled with an active roll-out plan.
What you’ll be dping
You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to manage inbound
sales enquiries from our guests as well as completing business administrative
tasks outlined by your line manager
Guest Services
* Answering inbound calls in a polite and timely manner
* Pick up and respond to any missed calls
* Responding to inbound enquiries for groups of up to 35
guests via the booking system and email
* Help achieve any targets for conversion rates and forecasted
revenue
* Responding to all queries from guests in a polite and timely
manner
* Complete all additional administrative tasks set by your
line manager
* The admin
assistant will be the main point of call to take any meetings on site in
relation to booking enquiries.
* Monday to Sunday based on rota’d hours a total of 30 hours
per week
* Multiple platforms for
communicating with HQ Support & site teams to include phone, email and
