WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests;
2. Deployment of desktops, laptops, phones (mobile & Desk) & Monitors;
3. Ensure safe disposal of equipment;
4. Provision of desk-side support and quick-fix management;
5. Provide troubleshooting support where appropriate;
6. Proactively manage inventory levels within Deployment remit;
7. Work with data entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy;
8. Restock IT cabinets and vending machines;
9. Manage e-waste solution & donation requests;
10. Collection of IT equipment from employees (Terminations, Upgrades, etc.);
11. Monitor, update and maintain SRT/Task queues on a regular basis;
12. Coordinate delivery of N00b phones within EMEA region, ensuring timely delivery ahead of orientation dates set out by client;
13. Assign access points;
14. Image new desktops & laptops;
15. Assist with desk moves;
16. Liaise daily with inventory teams across the EMEA region;
17. Perform regular inventory counts and maintain inventory stock levels of standard equipment;
18. Asset tag auditing and management;
19. Receive new hardware (inbound stock);
20. Asset tagging of equipment;
21. Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting as directed by Site Lead;
22. Coordinate shipping to EMEA & global locations;
23. Any other projects assigned by management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
1. Experience working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred but not essential.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred but not essential.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Effective time management skills.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Team-oriented.
8. Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills.
