The salary for this role is £12.36 and up to £13.53 across selected locations within London. No previous experience required & full training will be provided.

About the role
As a Healthcare Sales Assistant, your role will be to deliver complete care by giving advice on healthcare products and services.
You will also:
1. Provide holistic healthcare advice, helping our customers and patients to make appropriate choices about health and wellness products and services.
2. Talk with and approach customers using The Boots Healthcare Way to ensure they have a choice of solutions and the right advice to meet their needs.
3. Be the store’s health and wellbeing ambassador, keeping up to date with the latest products and topics in the health and wellness world.
4. Embrace and promote the Boots omnichannel offering and signpost customers and patients to further solutions (e.g. Pharmacy Services, Online Doctor, Boots.com).
5. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
6. Refer patients to an appropriate healthcare professional as necessary (e.g. Pharmacist).

8. You will be prepared to complete a Healthcare training Programme at NVQ2 or equivalent.
