Role: Bank Support Worker
Salary: £11.84 per hour

Your Role

* Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
* Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
* Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
* Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts.
Your Service
Leofric Villa is set in a quiet residential area in Wednesbury, just a short walk away from the Town Centre. With their own private flats, the people living at Leofric are given the best support to live healthy and happy lives how they want to, with support available 24/7. Each flat is decorated and furnished to suit the individual, and assistive technology is available to offer maximum self-reliance, ensure safety and to reduce any sensory issues that could occur.

You may be new to care, or already have experience in the social care sector or NHS (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant). As long as you come with a person-centred approach, a caring nature, and you are able to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people – then we’re here to provide you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed.
