You will support organisational growth, manage complex referrals, and ensure the company delivers consistent, high-quality PBS practice. The role also includes representing LDC at national events to showcase PBS best practice, with the goal of positioning LDC as a centre of excellence in Positive Behaviour Support.
What can we offer you?
With a starting salary of £38k - £42k depending on experience, this is a role that you will be able to mould as the company expands. Based at our head office in Dover, this is primarily a Monday – Friday role, although there may be requirements to work out of hours at times. We also offer a host of perks, further training and qualifications to support your ongoing career within social care and genuine and achievable opportunities to develop your career in adult social care.
About You
You will need an extensive, up to date, working knowledge of PBS, physical intervention frameworks (PROACT-SCIPr-UK) and regulatory standards, including DoLS and a history of conducting functional assessments, developing and evaluating PBS strategies. Alongside this, you will also have leadership experience, and experience managing incidents and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Being licensed to deliver PBS and physical intervention training (PROACT-SCIPr-UK) is essential, and being educated to degree level in a relevant field would be a distinct advantage. In addition, you’ll need a valid driving license, as elements of the role may involve travel.
