Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
As a Senior Ruby Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the team by contributing hands-on to product development while also guiding and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities:
* Programming (75%):
* Build and maintain robust, scalable Ruby applications.
* Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
* Coaching and Mentoring (25%):
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
* Lead code reviews, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
* Act as a mentor to junior developers, helping them grow in their roles.
