Role Overview: Working within the council s Property & Projects team, you will drive forward improvements to Oldham Councils School portfolio. You will have a designated commitment to lead, develop and manage the coordination and delivery of the schools Capital Backlog Maintenance programme including collating and reporting maintenance priorities. Key Responsibilities: To support Senior Responsible Persons / Project Leads to ensure capital projects and intended outputs / outcomes are planned, managed, delivered and reported effectively as part of the Property & Projects team. To be responsible for collating and reporting maintenance priorities through data collection and analysis, including commissioning of condition survey reports. To produce comprehensive Backlog Maintenance report s complete with property condition and priority data to secure funding approval and commitment. To be responsible, with a designated commitment to lead, develop and manage the coordination and delivery of the schools Capital Backlog Maintenance programme. Key Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum: Experience of successful resource and financial management, working with budget constraints and within defined financial procedures. Experience of leading, developing, managing and monitoring multiple and varied projects simultaneously within a multi-disciplinary team. Experience of Stakeholder Management including development, maintenance and implementation of Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Plans.
