Summary Job Reference: 248435BR Manchester Airport R24 Terminal 1 Airside Fixed Term 37.5 Hours We are now recruiting Customer Advisors for our Manchester Airport Store. We are looking for candidates to join us as soon as possible and who can be flexible to meet our customers needs. You will cover shifts between the hours of 2:30am and 23:30pm which will include weekends. The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations in London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. About the role You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager, helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Responsibilities include: Help our customers and put them at ease, listening, answering questions, and giving great advice on our products. Get to know and promote our in-store offers and schemes. Ensure the right products are displayed, providing great service, and replenishing stock. Work with the team to provide a clean and presentable store. Receive award winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service. What you’ll need to have Full training is provided, and we are looking for people who: Excel in a varied environment, working at pace. Communicate and listen effectively. Enjoy teamwork and promote a collaborative dynamic. Know the importance of customer interactions. Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots. 5 years of unbroken references for an airside pass.
