Joining a highly motivated team based at the Leeds office, this role will suit an individual at the earlier stage of their career with ambition to develop and progress in line with the companies own exciting growth plans. The Role You will be working with colleagues to optimise the asset performance of 2 prestigious and successful shopping centres in Leeds Manage the rental income through arrears and debt management Support initiatives to generate commercialisation income Working with the external managing agents, management of the service charge budget and analysis. Oversee new tenant fit outs and applications for alterations Oversee the marketing budget, working with external consultants Lead on major works in the centres to include improvment works, repurposing, optimising underutilised space and enhacement to drive new lettings Your Experience to Date Ideally you have had some excellent retail/shopping centre experience in property management, leasing or asset management Excellent service charge and L&T experience with notable experience working with retail and F&B occupiers Well developed negotiation and relationship building skills A passion for the retail arena The diversity of the role will potentially expand dependant upon your career to date.
