What we need:
1. To keep accurate records of stock to avoid financial exposure and inability.
2. Completion of cycle counting, stock discrepancy investigations, and other associated stock routines as required to ensure accuracy of the stock file.
3. To update the systems with relevant data, as a result of operational /pallet transactions.
4. To liaise with customers, hauliers and internal customers on all issues relating to the operation.
5. Maintain WMS database and schedules with no effect to the service levels and stock integrity
6. Provide general administration support as required to aid the efficient running of operations.
7. Any other duties considered necessary to fulfil the role.
8. To be responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices
9. Proactively manage all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed procedures.
10. To attend training courses when required

15. Must be PC literate – Microsoft packages including Excel to an intermediate level
16. Familiarisation with Manhattan WMS is preferable but not essential.
17. Motivated to be able to work under pressure and the ability to meet critical timeliness targets.
18. Be prepared to multi task and offer excellent and reliable support
19. Be prepared to be flexible in order to meet operational demands
20. Ability to communicate at all levels in both written and verbal forms
21. Ability to demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility governed by the position
