Job Summary: Kiwa Product Compliance (KPC) is seeking a Russian speaking Compliance Specialist to join our Regional team in Aylesbury. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Type Approval and research work in allocated countries, driving and supporting regulatory and research initiatives, and contributing to the delivery of KPC revenue targets. This is a hybrid role, where initially whilst training you will be expected to work from the office frequently. Kiwa, is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification. Ensure KPC metrics are met with regards to the best service delivery. Take full ownership of allocated countries, including managing Type Approval application processes and research. Report on project progress while staying updated on relevant country regulations and developments. Undertake proactive and new compliance research for assigned countries. Build and maintain relationships with Regulatory Authorities and KPC vendors. Drive new business initiatives, contributing to KPC’s growth and goals. Work closely with internal teams to ensure internal and external commitments are met and bespoke tasks are completed. Prepare and/or deliver marketing material for internal and/or external delivery. Do you have what it takes?: Fluent in Russian and English. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. Aptitude for learning about and researching type approval requirements and developments. Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to work cohesively with all stakeholders for a mutual outcome. Resilient, dynamic, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise work and work under pressure. Ability to work and reach targets set independently.
